Style for Stollery
pre-recorded event

This year’s Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation Style for Stollery event looked a little different this year, with a pre-recorded fashion show (produced by Lindisfarne Productions) for supporters to tune into from the comfort of their own homes.

Each year the Stollery Women’s Network holds the Style for Stollery fashion show to raise fund for the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.

In spite of Covid 19 restrictions, the Stollery Women’s Network was looking for new and innovative ways to carry on with their popular Style for Stollery event. A pre-recorded fashion show was just the way to do it!

Our team met a Stollery family who were happy to strut their stuff for a good cause.Dane, Laura, Nathan, Aleena and Julian walked the runway for us. They had so much fun showing off their cool fall fashions!

Lucky for us, Stollery President & CEO Mike House was also willing to get involved in the fashion fun! Mike and his fashionista daughter Gillian walking the catwalk in the latest trends as well.

Rounding out our team of models were Rola and Fortune. They were more than happy to strut their stuff for this fantastic cause.

All the latest fall trends were provided by the wonderful ladies at The Skinny at Southgate Centre. All footwear was provided by popular local retailer Poppy Barley. Menswear was provided by Red Ribbon boutique.

Additional offerings of this fabulous event included five different experience rooms hosted by local Edmonton experts. Each room offered the opportunity for participants to mingle and learn about different topics. Topics covered ranged from building your closet, fitness and nutrition, makeup, cocktails/mocktails and skin care. Participants also heard about the impact of the Stollery’s various programs, including music and pet therapy
