The Lindisfarne Productions team was asked to produce a fun and creative commercial video for the team at MaxWell Realty.
MaxWell Realty is a proudly Canadian real estate franchise company headquartered in Alberta and established in 1999 by two bold visionary leaders in the real estate business.
We had some fun with the scripting and storyboarding process for this video. We came up with several concepts for our client at MaxWell to choose from. Ultimately, our team was happy we got to work with a fabulous canine talent, something that doesn’t happen every day! While working with animals can sometime be tricky, our team lucked out with a great pup, “Max.”
With “Max” the dog as the star of the commercial, and keeping the rest of the characters ambiguous, we ensured we plucked at the heartstrings of viewers and that potential home buyers and sellers can see themselves reflected in the video.
Our team was happy to have the opportunity to flex our commercial video muscles with such a well-established company. We worked hard to ensure the video reflects the values of MaxWell Realty and its fabulous team of realtors!
