Lindisfarne Productions was happy once again to team up with the Nina Haggerty Centre for the Arts to create award videos for their Here’s Nina event.
This year we profiled Nina Haggerty artists Lisa Reece, Randy Stennes, Jared Quinney, Bonnie Blackburn, and Vanessa Ryl.
Lisa Reece received the Mandel Changed Life Award. She loves trying new art forms at the Nina and is really proud of her clay work.
Randy Stennes received the Realtors Community Foundation Create Award. Randy likes print making and creating superhero art and thinks his parents are very proud of him for winning this award.
Jared Quinney received the ATB Emerging Artist Award. Jared’s art is inspired by nature and he likes all the fun and unique projects he gets to do at the Nina.
Bonnie Blackburn received the Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast Connect Award. Bonnie loves “going big or go home” and says that art has taught her to stay strong.
Vanessa Ryl received the Stantec Artist of the Year Award. Vanessa is able to express herself through her art has come a long way since first coming to the Nina 10 years ago.
