This summer, Lindisfarne had the opportunity to work with some of our favourite not-for-profits in Edmonton when the folks at Chrysalis asked us to create a partnerships video to celebrate their collaboration with the Nina Centre for the Arts and the Alberta Lung Association
We spoke with several artists from both the Nina and Chrysalis, including Luna, Shelly, Glenda, and Adeel.
Artists from Chrysalis and the Nina have been working together to create various artworks, culminating in a special art show, and a feature piece to be displayed for the public at the Edmonton Expo Centre.
Artist Luna shared how making art with others has helped them become more social and grow as an individual. Artist Shelly shared her excitement for being a part of the project and meeting new friends at the Nina.
In another partnership, Chrysalis artists have become a part of the long-standing Alberta Lung Association Holiday Seal Program. Alberta Lung has been at the forefront of improving lung health in Alberta for decades. Their Holiday Seals Campaign raises funds that directly benefit programs that help children and families.
Artist Glenda shared her enthusiasm for her art being a part of the Alberta Lung Holiday Seal Program and how honoured she is to have her artwork featured.
Having the opportunity to create a partnerships video that highlights the important work of two of our favourite clients was such an honour.
