Nestled in the centre of Alberta is the dynamic and fast-growing City of Red Deer. With so much to offer the City of Red Deer asked our Lindisfarne video production crew to capture what just what it is that makes Red Deer such a welcoming and unique place to live – by creating a series of promotional videos.
Our team was happy to travel down Highway 2 to the vibrant city to capture beautiful images of Red Deer’s extensive park system and dynamic downtown. Our production crews experienced the balance of life in Red Deer as innovation and entrepreneurism rub shoulders with creativity and fun.
The trip may have had some impact on our waistlines as we had to make sure we sampled the delicious lattes at local Dose Coffee and the scrumptious cupcakes at Babycakes Cupcakery! (The Diva and Creamsicle cupcakes were our favourites!) Yum!
We got to travel the extensive trail system – well used by joggers, walkers, and cyclists in the summer, and cross-country skiers, snowshoe enthusiasts, and brave pedestrians in the winter. The trail winds along the Red Deer river, allowing many access points for rafting, canoeing, and kayaking on a warm summer day!
Careful, this footage may cause you to seriously think about calling Red Deer home!
