Lindisfarne Productions had the pleasure of teaming up with the University of Alberta’s Executive Education department to create a promotional video focusing on their Governance Program for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.
The Governance Program for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises is a four-day program that focuses on how to create a governance structure, how to strategically grow the business, how to develop financial literacy and compensation strategies, and how to build out the risk plans – specifically aimed at small to medium sized enterprises of course.
Small to Medium Sized Enterprises make up a significant portion of Alberta’s industry today. “Small/Mid-sized businesses are becoming more and more complex… and having a strong board can make a big difference.” So says Mr. Wellington Holbrook, Executive Vice President of Business & Agriculture at ATB Financial.
Our Lindisfarne crew got out our notebooks and sat down in Edmonton with Holbrook, Darren Rawson (Program Graduate & Entrepreneur in Residence), and Stuart Crosley (Program Graduate) to hear more about what the program has to offer and why it is so important for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Alberta.
