Nina Haggerty – Here’s Nina Award Videos – 2022

Lindisfarne Productions was happy once again to team up with the Nina Haggerty Centre for the Arts to sponsor and create the award videos for their annual Here’s Nina gala event! Each year, these award videos are aired during the event to highlight the work of award recipients. We love coming to the Nina to see the fabulous work being created by their artists. The impact the Nina makes on it’s participants is inspirational.

This year we had the pleasure of profiling Nina Haggerty artists: Carrie Wheeler, Mark Traficante, Raymond Keung, Rodney Dalessio, and Amynah Pirani.

Carrie Wheeler – Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast Connect Award

Carrie has been going to the Nina since 2011. She loves building with clay, making sculptures, bowls, and plates. Her favourite sculptures include animals. Carrie gets her love of art from her grandma. She loves coming to the Nina to socialize and connect with people. Carrie says the Nina has helped her grow as an artist.

Mark Traficante – CN Artist of the Year Award

Mark has been coming to the Nina for 18 years. He likes drawing and painting, and loves painting police, celebrities, and bolt cutters. In the future Mark look forwards to continuing drawing and painting at the Nina.

Lindisfarne Productions loves having the opportunity to produce the award videos for Here’s Nina every year. We are always happy to help celebrate the work of the fabulous artists and the Nina Haggerty Centre. Most importantly we love helping these artists amplify their voices.
